LOCUS Photography Competition is an event organized by LOCUS for the 14th National Technical Exhibition, where we inspire young photographers to capture the world through their eyes. In it's third edition, LOCUS Photography Competition challenges it's participants to bring their best shots in the mentioned categories.
Along with the main photography event, this year a pre-event “Workshop on Digital Photography” is going to be organized from 17th to 20th Magh(30th Jan to 2nd Feb). The workshop includes the teaching of basic skills of photography. It will be a 4 day course, each of 3 hours and the last day will be concluded with the presentations from the students.
It is a genre of photography used for the depiction of inanimate subject matter, typically a small group of objects giving still life artistic style.
This type of photography includes the random incidents with public places and mainly focuses on people and their behaviours in the public.
This type of photography shows spaces within the world, sometimes vast and unending, but other times microscopic. It typically captures the presence of nature but can also focus on man-made features or disturbances of landscapes.
It concerns for the life of the people affected by technology.This photography typically captures the relation of the people with technology and how people use technology in their daily lives.
